OUTtv, a platform that’s all about celebrating LGBTQ+ representation, is honoring Transgender Day of Remembrance by raising awareness and celebrating the strength of the transgender community.
On November 20th, we remember the lives of transgender people who’ve been lost to anti-trans violence, and we shine a light on the ongoing challenges they face.
This year, OUTtv has highlighted some special programming, including documentaries and stories that showcase the experiences of transgender people. We want to educate viewers about the struggles and triumphs of the transgender community, especially the importance of being visible and included. The content is both a way to honor those who’ve been lost and a celebration of the community’s strength and contributions.
