Programming Submission

OUTtv is always accepting proposals for original LGBTQ+ series and documentaries, with a priority on content from LGBTQ+ producers, writers and talent.

Please include an OUTtv Submission Release Form signed by you (and any other parties, if applicable) with each of your submissions.  Any submission without a release form will not be reviewed.

In addition, we require the following information with all submissions:

• Project Title
• Project Format (number and length of episodes)
• Production Company
• Attached Creative (talent or key creatives already attached to the project, with attached LGBTQ+ people highlighted )
• Creative Materials (synopsis, treatment or bible, potential cast)
• Estimated production budget and financing plan, including proposed license fee

If available, please also include:

• Media such as a sizzle or trailer
• Budget top sheet

Incomplete submissions or submissions without a signed submission form will not be reviewed.

We review projects on an on-going basis and we will do our best to reply to complete submissions within 45 days of receipt.
